Frequently asked questions
How long does it take until my website is live?
A one-page website is usually ready within 1–2 weeks of receiving your material, a site with up to 5 pages within 2–4 weeks. Timing also depends on how quickly we get your feedback.
What do I need to provide?
Your logo (if you have one), a short description of your services, your service area, contact details and ideally a few photos of your work. We're happy to help with the copy.
Can I have the texts changed later?
Yes. Small text edits are included in the care plan. Without it, we handle changes for a fair fixed price.
What does the care plan include?
For CHF 39 per month you get domain, hosting, SSL certificate, technical updates and small edits such as texts, opening hours or individual images.
How does payment work?
Simply by invoice. You receive the invoice after project completion, or periodically for the care plan. Our prices are in CHF; clients outside Switzerland can also pay in EUR or USD on request.
Do we meet in person? Do you work outside Switzerland?
We work fully remotely – everything runs by email and online, in English or German. That's why we work with businesses in Switzerland just as well as with clients anywhere in the world.
Do I own my domain?
Yes. The domain is registered in your name and belongs to you. You can move it at any time.
What is the free concept preview?
Before you decide, we design a first preview of your new website. If you don't like it, it costs you nothing.
